About ShadowWatch

ShadowWatch is a comprehensive visualization suite for the STOFS-2D-Global Shadow instance running at the University of Notre Dame by the Computational Hydraulics Laboratory. This "shadow" or development instance is run daily, rendering 7-day forecasts of total water levels globally. Archives of observations and STOFS-2D-Global Shadow output are easily accessible in the Forecast Mode. Under no circumstances should ShadowWatch be used for navigation or disaster management purposes. It is currently under heavy development.
